Week 8

Hi Everyone!

Weight 59.9kg/132lbs
Best 2.4km run 15mins 35secs

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 2km/10 burpees, 15 girl push ups, 30 jumping jacks, 10X up & down set of steps, 15 sit ups
SATURDAY 2.4km run

This week, I decided to change my routine because I was tired of the old routine. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I alternated running one 400m lap as fast as I could and a calisthenic. This is a lot less boring and kept my heart pumping!

I take my dog running with me. He's little, but very strong! 

I've been feeling really good and energetic. The weather has been sunny and warm - not the usual grey. I hope it lasts...

    How is the Jillian Micheals DVD? Does she yell at you alot? ;)

  3. You are doing really well. Keep trying and you will get what you want. When you exercise, you should try harder and harder. When you take a rest, you should relax well. Don't forget I always support you. I love you so much, my beautiful wife.
