Week 12

Hi Everyone! 

Weight 59kg/130lbs


Yoga has been great! It's getting a little easier to handle the heat and I'm starting to get more flexible. I volunteered for speed watch training and an Italian festival. It was great fun! I had to carry some heavy tables and chairs - it wasn't too easy! This is just proof of how much more I need to be in shape! 

Yoga really revitalizes me. It is hard and intense to do, but it's a very different intensity to running. I can't handle running well, so I must start practicing again when I finish yoga in a month. The police obstacle course has to be completed in 2mins 15secs, but I should finish it in well under that time. I should aim for 1min 45 secs. 

For the next month I'm satisfied with yoga, but I will start running again in the summer.

  1. I've always wanted to try Bikram yoga... I keep hearing mixed reviews about it!

  2. Jen ~You should try it everyday for a week to see how it is for you. Personally, I love it!
