Week 15

Hi Everyone!

Weight 60.8kg/134lbs

WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY Bikram Yoga

I didn't exercise as much as I should have this week. I gained a bit of weight too (oopps!). I'm having a little bit of a dip in my energy levels, but I'll pick it up again!
