Week 16

Hi Everyone!

Weight 61kg/134lbs

MONDAY-SUNDAY Walking and tennis.

I went away to some hot springs this week, so I didn't exercise as much as I should have. The hot springs were alright - not really what I expected. The pools looked just like small swimming pools and they smelt of chlorine. There were millions of screaming kids! It wasn't the romantic getaway I was expecting! But at least we got away from home for a while:)

I've been feeling a little lazy recently, but I will start running again from Thursday. I need to exercise harder because my work involves a lot of sitting. Most of the people that work with me are severly overweight. This job creates/exacerbates an unhealthy lifestyle. I am not enjoying it too much right now. I can't wait to be a police officer, but I must commit to this job for at least 2 years before I can.

  1. It wasn't good the hot springs at all but I really liked to go there with you because It is boring to stay at home. we can go better place next time.^^
    If you don't give up, you are going to be a police. Now you are having a hard time but you are going to be a great future. I am so sorry I forgot to write comments these days I won't forget again. I really support you all the time. I hope you have a great day and Keep doing well what you want to do things.   2. There are a lot of hot springs specially near volcanic region. Hot Springs are highly effective for your health, mind and mentality.

  5. Become a Police Officer -Yes, hot springs are great for us! Next time, I will go to the Yukon for more natural ones. In Asia, there are many great hot springs that I used to visit every week.

  6. Keep up the work! You can do this. You have to do it when you don't want to, do it when you're tired and keep doing it even when you're discouraged and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.
